Great god almighty
This was flat-out astonishing, and to top it all off, you did the music too?!? Amazing. 8 months of work are all up there on the screen. I absolutely love the colored-pencil backgrounds, too. Wonderful!

WOOOOOOOW!!! IT'S MIKE THE POD!!!! THE CREATOR OF MY FAV SERIES "JOHN'S ARM"!!!
Oh, I don't know what to say. Thank you. I didn't know you were reviewing other people's work?!
How I laughed when I saw John's arm the first time... at the end where the chick kissed the dick! That was good!
HEY! You know what?! We should link our sites! Please email me!
Shouldn't...
...it have been the "B-virus"?
G is like G-Spot. Most didn't get that, don't worry. Oh and thx for the bad pointless review!
I have to give you credit here
Because you didn't just use plain old video game sprites, you used trace bitmap! How is it you say you don't know how to do a preloader or add sound, but you figured THAT out? I've been using Flash since 2001 and I only found out about that feature a few months ago. So, I gave you more points for style.
There's a website where you can get lots of tutorials to help you- www.flashkit.com (I hope this counts as a "related" website and doesn't get me in trouble). Plus check out the FAQ here on NG, there's lots of help there too. Keep at it!
Thanx ya but that trace bitmap thing was an accident. but it looked cool so i kept it. ^_^~! thanx for actually reveiwing.
MmmmmmSumthin NEW!!!!
I love the look and overall feel of this one- (except for the distracting color-changing frame, but that's a minor quibble). I'd like to see you do more of these, from different black and white shows. Fun stuff, and great job with compression of bitmaps and audio!
hmmm other black and white shows..good idea, do you have anysuggestions?
Good
Glad to see you've moved away from sticks. I think you can see the results are more satisfying. Good stuff.
yeah i agree, sticks are easy to animate, and with non stick characters you can show emotions better and after all you dont see artists on the tv animating sticks! lol
Wondahful!
I love the worm too!
One suggestion... there's a very important step you left out...
"Before you even open Flash, get a notebook and pencil and write out your script. Put it aside for a day, then proofread and rewrite it. If there are voices, read them aloud to see how they sound. Rewrite it again, then open Flash and begin animating."
Not saying I always follow this, but it's good advice.
Well, ive never done that before, but according to your profile you're the creator of John's Arm. They're really well done, especially the audio so im gonna follow your advice :)
Great Great
I had a morning just like that the other day. Hilarious.
Good thing you lived through it!
